You are going to be able to modify several characteristics of your campus. Here is how to do it.
1. I open the “Administrator” tab.
→ Go to the back office of your campus and then
cliquez sur le 1er onglet on your left.
This page allows you to modify several administrative aspects of your campus.
2. I administer my campus information
You can change a number of things :
Nom du salon :Change the name of your campus
Nombre d'utilisateurs simultanés :Decide how many people can connect simultaneously
Limite de création d'utiisateurs :Decide the limit of accounts created on your campus. This can be increased if required.
URL de WebGL :Decide the limit of accounts created on your campus. This can be increased if required.
Date d'ouverture du salon :Choose an opening date so that your participants can access the campus. This also allows you to create accounts in advance.
3. I import my legal notices
Finally, you can import your privacy and usage rules.
These will be made available to your participants when they first log in.
They will then be asked to tick the box : “I have read and accept the general conditions”.
