1. Manual import
Back-office: This option is manual, you just have to go to your space and click on the “learners” section
From this point on, you can manually create participants’ profiles by clicking on “add learner”. who will receive an email with his login/password.
2. CSV import
Once you have the complete list of your learners, you can create the accounts via a preformatted template that can be downloaded from the back-office. The login details will then be sent to the users by email.
*Please note that the template used to import learners and teachers must be different and adapted accordingly. It is best to create two separate import files to ensure that you are able to find your way around.
